AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you - whether acting individually or on behalf of a business entity (“you”) - and Verange Solutions Oy (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website www.verange.fi and all related digital properties, including any associated media channels, mobile sites, or applications (collectively referred to as the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting an updated version on the Site, as indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. User Generated Contributions, Feedback, and Submissions

At present, the Site does not allow users to publicly post content. However, Verange Solutions Oy may, at its sole discretion, provide opportunities for users to create, submit, upload, display, transmit, or otherwise make available materials to us or on the Site (“Contributions”).

These may include, without limitation, text, written works, images, graphics, audio or video files, feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other materials (“Submissions”).

Warranties and Responsibilities

By submitting any Contributions or Submissions to Verange Solutions Oy, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and otherwise use such materials for any lawful purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial.

For Feedback, ideas, or suggestions specifically, you acknowledge that they are deemed non-confidential and become the exclusive property of Verange Solutions Oy upon receipt. We may use, reproduce, or distribute such Feedback freely without acknowledgment, notice, or compensation to you.

You retain ownership of your original Contributions, but you agree that Verange Solutions Oy may use them under the rights granted above and that we have no obligation to maintain their confidentiality.

Liability and Indemnity

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your Contributions and Submissions. Verange Solutions Oy disclaims all liability for any statements, materials, or representations made by users and is not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal consequence resulting from such materials.

You agree to indemnify and hold Verange Solutions Oy harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Contributions, Submissions, or breach of these Terms.

Any use of the Site that violates the foregoing warranties constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Site.

Third-Party Website And Content

The Site may contain - or you may be directed via the Site to - links to other websites operated by third parties (“Third-Party Websites”) and may include articles, text, images, graphics, designs, videos, audio, software, applications, or other materials originating from or belonging to third parties (“Third-Party Content”).

Verange Solutions Oy does not monitor, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, reliability, or completeness of any Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content. We assume no responsibility for the availability, content, policies, or practices of any third party, including but not limited to matters relating to accuracy, legality, decency, or privacy. Limitation of Liability

  • €100 EUR.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and Verange Solutions Oy as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site. These Terms shall not be interpreted against Verange Solutions Oy by reason of authorship or drafting.

You acknowledge and agree to waive any defense based on the electronic form of these Terms of Use and the absence of physical signatures by the parties.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If the matter cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the District Court of Pirkanmaa (Pirkanmaan käräjäoikeus), which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
